1.Q:Are you manufacturer or trading company?

A:We are the manufacturer specialized in foot scooter,electric scooter,leisure products for many years already.Our factory is in Yongkang city,Zhejiang province,China.

2.Q:How long can I expect to get the sample?

A.The regular sample will be ready within 5-7days.The sample will be sent via international express,such as DHL,UPS,TNT,FedEx,and would be arrived within 5-7days.

3.Q:What’s your delivery time on bulk order?

A:On regular bulk order,we will finish the production within 30 working days after everything confirmed.On customized order,we will confirm the exact delivery time together.

4.Q:What’s your payment term ?

A:On sample, full payment in advance, and we will refund the sample fee in bulk order.

On bulk order,30% deposit in advance, balance paid before loading.

5.Q: Can we have our Logo or company name to be printed on your products or package ?

A:Sure,your logo or company name can be printed on your products and package by printing or stickers.

6.Q:Can I mix different model & color in one container ?

A:Yes.Different models & color could be mixed into one container.

7.Q:What’s your MOQ?

A:100pcs for each color on one model.

8.Q:What’s the best price you can offer?

A:The price depends on design,configuration,quantity etc.We can change the material,or configuration to get different price.

9.Q:How to order the products without any acknowledge of import?

A:We could arrange your shipping or air or express for you,and deliver everything to your port or provide you door to door service..
